Loud traffic noise ruins sleep quality in street-facing rooms!!! High valet parking fees feel excessive for such proximity!!! Management could enhance communication regarding room requests!!!

The hotel staff provided really good service , particularly at the front desk, where Cornelius was helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the river. Conveniently located near local attractions, it was easy to explore Savannah. The warm cookies at check-in were a good touch.
Minimal noise from the streets at night.

The location was magnificent for me as it was just off the downtown area where City Market is located, and downtown restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed hot waffles and eggs in the morning.
The location was not so good, it's a pitty.

We appreciated staff and location, the hotel had essentials we needed. The place was within walking distance of The Lady and Sons, where you can have dinner.
Its breakfast certainly should have been included in the price.

Not recommended for light sleepers
The staff was kind and attentive, especially Ashley at the front desk who provided complimentary breakfast when we mentioned our discomfort. The room was clean and the bed, although it had soft pillows that sagged, was comfortable enough for me to get some rest despite the noise.
It was pricey, but I guess that's what you pay for a central location.

The location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to River Street and beautifully festive during Christmas 🎄. Unfortunately, the noise from Bay Street kept us awake at night. A great stay but could use better soundproofing.

The close proximity to attractions
I feel that if you stay at a mid-grade hotel that you should not have to pay for parking. Even though they advertised as "Welcome Back" only one Hostess (Mandy) ever said the words. Also, the breakfast bar in the restaurant was a bit pricey for what was offered.

The hotel staff were excellent. Pleasant and very responsive, and ready to go the extra mile so that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel location was perfect for us, especially since it was our first visit to Savannah. We will definitely return.
